David Dale Gallery & Studios provides 12 studio spaces, with room for up to 28 practicing artists. We offer secure studio spaces at affordable rates, with 24-hour access, wireless Internet, natural light, and catering facilities.
The intention of the studio set up is to create an environment where artists can continue their practise as part of an encouraging and engaging community.

Studio rent starts from £80 pcm for individual spaces, with lower rent available for shared spaces.
Studio rent is inclusive of all utilities: electricity, rates and water charges, building maintenance, public liability insurance, buildings insurance, administration costs, and wireless Internet.
Studio spaces range in size from 90 – 200 sq ft.

To apply for a space, please email a recent artist CV, artist statement and up to 6 jpeg images or video. Images should be saved in high quality JPEG format and no larger than 1mb each. Due to file size restrictions, we can only accept links to videos hosted on video streaming websites such as YouTube or Vimeo.
