By placing an order with David Dale Gallery & Studios you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Payment
Payment can be made online with any major debit or credit card using Paypal. An alternative method of payment may be available on request.
If you would prefer to use an alternative payment method please click the link below the product you would like to purchase to submit your contact details and a member of the gallery will be in touch to arrange this.
Postage & Delivery
Postage rates may vary depending on the edition purchased.
Purchases may be collected from the gallery free of charge. Customers are also welcome to request an alternative courier delivery for their item. David Dale Gallery & Studios cannot accept any responsibility for items shipped by an alternative method/ carrier.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of editions.
Collection
If you have chosen to collect your order, a member of the gallery staff will contact you to arrange a suitable collection day and time.
Please bring a copy of your order along with a valid form of ID (Passport/Driving Licence).
Collections can only be made from the gallery premises.
Cancellations, Returns & Damages
In line with European Directive on distance selling, if you wish to cancel the contract within 7 working days of the receipt of the order please contact us immediately either by:

Please include your name and the order number, which you wish to cancel.
We will then assess your order cancellation and provide you with the relevant details for return of your purchase.
Where we have to arrange collection of the item, we reserve the right to recover these costs.
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately using the details above. A member of the gallery staff will contact you to arrange the return of any damage items and the supply of replacements where necessary. If items have been damaged through shipping by our nominated courier they can be exchanged or refunded. In such cases, we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
Orders & Prices
All edition prices may be subject to change, and all items are subject to availability. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and issue a refund for the item.
David Dale Gallery & Studios reserves the right to refuse an order.
Copyright
Copyright of an edition remains with the artist. You may not publish or reproduce any image of an edition including to the Internet for any purpose without prior permission.
Your Information
We will not pass on your personal details to any third parties. We will keep a record of your contact details primarily to fulfil any order that you place and to contact you in regards to your order if necessary.
Framing
All of the editions featured are supplied unframed. This is to ensure that your order reaches you as safely as possible.
We can recommend a professional local framer who will be able to assist in mounting and framing your purchase for you. Please contact the gallery for further details.
